National Center for Reading First Technical Assistance (NCRFTA)
The NCRFTA partnership comprises RMC-Portsmouth, the University of Oregon, Florida State University, RMC-Austin, and The University of Texas. As part of the National Center, RMC-Austin operates the Central Regional Reading First Technical Assistance Center (CRRFTAC), providing technical assistance services to Central Region states as they implement their Reading First programs.

RMC-New York
RMC-Austin provides consultative assistance to the RMC Research office in New York on the Institutes of Higher Education/Teacher Quality project.
